The first of many sculpts for Privateer Press.
- It's increasingly apparent that maya polygon tools are not good at creating symmetry at 120 degree angles on a round surface- keeps it interesting. The spine stalk was created using a motion trail, and an "animated snap shot". A very handy for not having to hand place all the parts, while keeping a consistent taper on a curved path.

A cool first look at the upcoming "first true MMO/FPS" from Trion Worlds partnered with Syfy. I Contributed a handful of assets to this trailer as well, notably the "red clam" plants and the distant alien bridge tech. defiance: official site0
